Wine Tasting by Pepper Tree Wines Pepper Tree winery was founded in 1991 and has been developed as one of the show places of the Hunter Valley Wine Country. It is part of an integrated estate including vineyards, deluxe guest house and one of the region’s most famed restaurant – Roberts’s. It is acknowledged as one of the most awarded boutique wineries in Australia, amassing a show record out of all proportion to its size.
